Idit Eshel is a veteran in the Israeli music scene. In 2004, she released her debut album, self titled. Idit Eshel is distributed by Hed Arzi, and presented by a major Israeli label- Anana, holding Israeli mainstream artists. Idit is composing and writing her own lyrics. Her songs are inspired from world music and American Folk music. She writes personal lyrics and songs in a happy atmosphere. Idit performs with high energy and at the same time with a strong feminine touch. The colours of her voice varies in a huge range from pop to Tibetan overtones and tribal singing. Her ability to communicate with the audience and with her four band members, gives the show warmth and vitality. Idit is well accompanied by a solid group of musicians. An enjoyable experience, which one wants to hear again. Idit is frequently heard on Israeli radio stations. Two of her video clips are screened in the national music channel 24. Idit composes, acts/sings in theatre (Tmuna theatre with director Nava Zuckerman).
