Embracing the African rhythm and expressing hope with powerful vocals. Exploring the dialogue between world, pop and other genres. A concert offering an unforgettable glimpse of leading Norwegian and African's female vocalists on one stage contributing with their songs and also coloring with voices for each other. WOMEN CARE is a project by CARE Norway. The CD was produced by well known music producer Sigbjørn Nedland ,radio presenter in NRK and project leader of numerous international productions for cross cultural projects. The CD WOMEN CARE was released by Kirkelig Kulturverksted KKV. The CD received great reviews and was followed by one sole concert in the Jacobs church in Oslo. WOMEN CARE, with the aim is to reduce world poverty and letting the women being the drive force for the future development in African countries.
