Hug the Frontline 

Dudu Tassa, Israel’s most in-demand singer, songwriter and guitarist, is solidly anchored in rock music, but his musical approach is distinctly eastward. In the Al Kuwaiti project, he salutes his Jewish Iraqi roots and pays homage to Daoud and Sallah Al Kuwaiti, Dudu’s grandfather and grand uncle– important composers of Iraqi music in the 1930 ‘s and 40 ‘s.
